Admission

To be eligible for admission/enrollment to J. Michael Harrold Beauty Academy, Inc., a person must:

·Be either a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.
·Must be at least 16 years of age
·Have an Information Session and complete admission/interview form.
·Submit a $40.00 application fee (non-refundable).

Upon official acceptance, the following documents are required;

·Submit a Preliminary Education Form signed by the High School.
·Copy of Birth Certificate.
·Photograph taken within the last 6 months.
·Contract (signed).
·Entrance Test.
·Entrance Interview Form
·Receipt of Detailed Catalog.
·Information Verification Form
