To be eligible for admission/enrollment to J. Michael Harrold Beauty Academy, Inc., a person must:

1. Be either a high school graduate or have a G.E.D. If home schooled; have a state-issued credential for secondary school completion.
2. Must be at least 16 years of age.
3. Have a pre-admission information session and complete admission/interview
form.

  1. $40.00 application fee (Non refundable) Only money out of pocket for entire program!
  2. Preliminary Education form (High School Diploma or G.E.D. If home schooled; have a state-issued credential for secondary school completion)
  3. Birth Certificate
  4. Picture (not your license picture, but a snapshot—We keep the picture)
  5. Drivers license
  6. Print summary of your FAFSA. Need DRN# - if you did not fill out with our school code #
  7. A copy of page 1 of Direct Student Loans (for student and parent if you are a dependent student)
  8. Verification of completing Entrance Counseling
  9. If you are verified, we will need copy of your taxes and w’2s ( if you are a dependent student, you will need a copy of your parents taxes also)

Upon official acceptance, the following documents are required:
