To be eligible for
admission/enrollment to J. Michael
Harrold Beauty Academy, Inc., a person
must:
Be either a high school graduate or
have a G.E.D.
Must be at least 16 years of age
Have an Information Session and
complete admission/interview form.
Submit a $40.00 application fee
(non-refundable).
Upon official acceptance, the
following documents are required;
Submit a Preliminary Education Form
signed by the High School.
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Photograph taken within the last 6
months.
Contract (signed).
Entrance Test.
Entrance Interview Form
Receipt of Detailed Catalog.
Signed Credit Release.
Information Verification Form
Submit a Preliminary Education Form
signed by the High School.
